We turned this former student house into 5 apartments by stripping it down completely and renovating the whole building, including its interior. The old floors were reused and we custom built the railing for the staircase and even the house number plate. The biggest challenge was the attic, which we also turned into an apartment, combining old, existing elements with new, modern equipment and furniture.
