Maastricht’s famous city brewery recently sprung back to life with the transformation of the building into 10 short-stay apartments, a retail space and a microbrewery. We renovated the spaces with respect for its heritage, combining original materials of the last operating brewery in the centre of a city with new, modern, top-class furniture and equipment.
